What do you do if you're mad at your personal injury lawyer? Call them. Call them again. If they're not answering your questions, send them an e-mail. Try to communicate.
I never recommend that someone switch horses in midstream, so do whatever you can to communicate with your lawyer. Get their attention and tell them what's going on.
