The Importance of a Good Personal Injury Lawyer

If you've been in a really serious accident, here's what's happening. The other side, if it's a big company - a railroad for instance - they've already got lawyers looking at your case. In a railroad crossing accident, the railroad companies actually have teams whose job it is to go to the crossing immediately.

So, if an accident happens at 10:00 o'clock at night, before dawn they're probably going to have a team out investigating the accident.

Recently, there was a really dramatic case, where a person was in a police car, Sheriff's Department I believe, near Platteville. They were in handcuffs in the back of the vehicle and the vehicle was hit by a train. You probably saw it either locally, or in the national media.
