How much is your case worth? Well, if it's a big accident and you have a lawyer, it's probably worth whatever the lawyer says it's worth.

There's really only two ways to determine how much your case is worth. If you're in a bad accident, let's say it's with a big truck driving company, one way to determine it is to reach a settlement with that company. If you're happy and they're happy that's what the case is worth.

The other way is to go to court. Get six people on a Colorado jury all the evidence, show them what happened, let them hear both sides of it and let them determine how much the case is worth.
