Texting & Driving

So, you were texting, and you were driving, and you got in a wreck, and it was probably your fault. How much trouble are you in?

It could be a whole lot of trouble. Honestly, we all know that we shouldn't do it. Most of us do it from time to time. Texting and driving is just a terrible idea.

If this has happened to you, call your insurance company. Report the fact that you got in a wreck - but leave it at that. Call a lawyer and explain to them what happened and get some direct advice specific to your case.
